The real spring has come to Odessa together with Christina Orbakayte. On April 20 the concert of the daughter of well-known mum - Alla Pugacheva took place in “10-th April Studio”.

However, we insensibly got out of the habit to associate directly Christina with Alla Pugacheva. Indeed, children of celebrities are in special demand. People repeat with pleasure: “Nature ignores children of geniuses”. But Christina proves with her creative work, that she is a star, both of stage and cinema.

Christina Orbakayte from the beginning of her career formation needed to show character, standing the test of malicious articles in mass media and condescension of colleagues, proving to public, that she is not going to copy her mother, as well as she is not going to keep in the background.

The debut in cinema took place when she was eleven. Christina Orbakayte acted in the film "Chuchelo" (Scarecrow) directed by Rolan Bykov. Being the most well known child of Soviet Union, she played the derelict girl, having shown bright talent in her role. And it was again said, that the only one role was played, then there would be only emptiness, what is often proved by experience of other children - actors.

In the middle of 1990-s the daughter of “the women who sings” decided to start singing. The first shy attempts at mama’s shows such as “Rozhdestvenskiye Vstrechi” caused both sweet smiles and sarcastic smiles. But Christina even though she didn’t inherit Pugacheva’s voice, she borrowed much from her character. With amazing persistence she mastered vocal and choreography and nevertheless she became a star of the Russian show business. From 1996 to 2005 Christina Orbakayte released 6 albums with many songs that became hits.

Christina's private life also improved. The marriage with the American of Russian origin Mikhail Zemtsov forces the Russian star to live in “two houses” - in Moscow and Miami. But she has to do it and also to come with concert tour to Odessa.

Audience of “10-th April Studio” felt the "Stardom" of Christina Orbakayte before the beginning of the concert, which started with half an hour delay. But Odessa public accepted very friendly the Russian star who conducted the concert in one breath. When leaving Odessa, Christina Orbakayte said that there was the world level concert stage in our city, and she would be waiting for invitations to Odessa with pleasure.
